Delivery times
For Brand transfers, you receive initial access within 24 hours after payment confirmation. One additional 12-hour extension requires your express agreement. When the offer includes primary ownership, its transfer is arranged after at least seven days from acceptance of the Brand Account invitation, when Google allows it. The waiting period does not begin at payment.
Warranty
For Brand offers including primary ownership, the warranty covers access and the promised characteristics until that transfer is completed. During this period, coordinate with Nobleva before changing the channel’s content, name, branding, permissions, monetization or linked AdSense account. You may inspect the channel and report discrepancies from your order. Future income is not guaranteed. This warranty does not limit your mandatory rights.
Cancellations and refunds
If we cannot deliver the channel or an essential characteristic differs from what was promised, a full refund applies. A full refund also applies if initial Brand access is not delivered within 24 hours and you decline the 12-hour extension, or if we miss the extended deadline you accepted. The request, review and refund reference are recorded in the order. Processing time depends on the payment method; do not pay again while a transaction is being reviewed.
