How Nobleva uses the information needed for alerts, orders and transfers.

Information we collect
When you create an account, we store your name, email, preferences and a password protected with a hash, never the readable password. If you sign in with Google, we receive the identifier, name and email Google authorizes. When you create an alert, we store the authorized contact method and your search criteria. For a purchase, we process your email, order reference, status and limited technical data needed for security. Payment providers process their own data; Nobleva does not receive your payment-account password, wallet recovery phrase or full card details.
How we use it
We use this information to manage orders, coordinate transfers, send requested alerts, prevent abuse, resolve issues and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell contact lists.
Alerts and consent
An alert is created only after express authorization. You can turn it off using its private link. Recovering an incomplete inquiry also requires separate authorization and is limited to one useful follow-up, without automatic discounts. Opting out stops future alerts, although minimal consent and opt-out records may be retained when necessary.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, handle claims and keep records. Access is restricted and technical safeguards are used, but no Internet-connected system removes all risk.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion through Nobleva's contact channel. The response and rights available depend on applicable law.
