Access and primary ownership are separate milestones. For a Brand Account, Google requires at least seven days as an owner before becoming primary owner. Tracking shows the earliest expected date, not automatic confirmation.

Future earnings are not guaranteed. The seller’s AdSense account is not transferred. Link your own eligible account, respecting the one-change-per-32-days limit and Google policies.

Open the order and check its status. Do not pay again or send to an expired invoice. Report the problem with your order reference and payment identifier; never send passwords, codes or recovery phrases.

Open the order in the browser where you created it, recover access using its reference and email, or sign in with a verified account using the purchase email.

Before sending funds, you can request cancellation from the order. Partial or confirming payments must be checked before releasing the channel. Requests after payment are assessed under the purchase terms and applicable law.
