Purchase terms
The basic rules for reviewing, paying for and receiving a channel listed on Nobleva.

The listing
Each listing contains public information and data reported or checked on a stated date. Buyers must review the available evidence. Statistics, audience, monetization and revenue can change; future results are not guaranteed.
Price and payment
Price and currency appear before confirmation. A bank, wallet or processor may apply conversion, network or other fees disclosed by them. An order is not considered paid until sufficient funds are confirmed by Nobleva or the processor.
Transfer
Delivery is a staged process. Receiving access is not the same as becoming primary owner. The parties must use Google/YouTube permission mechanisms and must never share passwords, verification codes or recovery phrases.
Responsibilities
The buyer must provide an eligible account, accept invitations promptly, verify permissions and comply with Google, YouTube and payment-provider policies. Nobleva may pause a transaction when fraud indicators, incomplete payments or conflicting information appear.
Independence and applicable law
Nobleva is an independent business and is not affiliated with YouTube or Google. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights granted by applicable law.
