Purchase terms
The basic rules for reviewing, paying for and receiving a channel listed on Nobleva.

The listing
Each listing contains public information and data reported or checked on a stated date. Buyers must review the available evidence. Statistics, audience, monetization and revenue can change; future results are not guaranteed.
Price and payment
Price and currency appear before confirmation. A bank, wallet or processor may apply conversion, network or other fees disclosed by them. An order is not considered paid until sufficient funds are confirmed by Nobleva or the processor.
Delivery and scope
The seller defines the method in the listing; the buyer cannot select it. A Brand delivery may include manager access only or, solely when the listing expressly says so, a later primary-ownership transfer. The exact agreement is saved when the order is created. If the listing specifies an account email and password, logins are published only inside the private order after payment. Do not send your own passwords, verification codes or recovery phrases to the seller. No delivery method replaces Google/YouTube requirements or policies.
Incorrect receiving email
The buyer must check the Google account email before paying and confirm it in the order. If it is wrong, it must be corrected before the invitation is sent. If an invitation has already been sent, report it from the order; Nobleva will pause delivery while checking whether the invitation can be cancelled and reissued.
Channel unavailable or material mismatch
If the channel cannot be delivered or a material characteristic differs from the listing, the order is paused while the payment, evidence and delivery state are reviewed. If we cannot deliver the promised product, a full refund applies. The outcome and refund reference are recorded in the order.
Responsibilities
The buyer must provide an eligible account, accept invitations promptly, verify permissions and comply with Google, YouTube and payment-provider policies. Nobleva may pause a transaction when fraud indicators, incomplete payments or conflicting information appear.
Independence and applicable law
Nobleva is an independent business and is not affiliated with YouTube or Google. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights granted by applicable law.
Initial Brand access deadline
Initial access within 24 hours after payment confirmation. One additional 12-hour extension requires your express agreement. If you decline or the agreed deadline is missed, a full refund applies. When primary ownership is included, the minimum seven-day period begins when you accept the Brand Account invitation, not when you pay.
Warranty during transfer
For Brand offers including primary ownership, the warranty covers access and the promised characteristics until primary ownership is transferred. During the 7-day waiting period after accepting the invitation, and until the primary ownership transfer is completed, do not make changes to the channel. If you modify the channel before the transfer, you lose Nobleva’s commercial warranty. Do not publish, delete or edit videos, or change the name, image, permissions, monetization or linked AdSense account. You may inspect the channel and report any discrepancy from your order. Future income is not guaranteed. This commercial warranty does not limit your mandatory rights.
