Channel transfers
What each delivery stage means and what the buyer should verify.

Delivery method
The listing specifies Brand transfer or account email and password. The following invitation and waiting milestones apply to Brand transfers. For credentials, view logins inside the private order, verify every channel and update passwords, recovery and security before confirming. Passwords are never sent by email or published in the catalog.
1. Payment confirmed
The processor or Nobleva has confirmed sufficient funds. Transfer coordination starts only then.
2. Invitation sent
The seller sent an invitation to the buyer's nominated account using the permission method supported by the channel.
3. Access accepted
The buyer accepted the invitation and verified that they can manage the correct channel. For manager-access offers, this is the contracted scope and primary ownership is not included.
4. Ownership, only when included
When the listing expressly includes primary ownership, tracking shows it as a separate stage. Google may require a prior waiting period and controls actual availability; Nobleva does not present initial access as full ownership.
5. Contracted scope confirmed
The order is completed when the buyer confirms the promised access or, if the listing included primary ownership, that role. The order summary retains the applicable agreement.
Monetized channels and AdSense
AdSense account ownership is not transferred. The buyer links their own eligible account through YouTube Studio. Google limits changing the linked AdSense account to once every 32 days; tracking shows the reported status and available date.
Security
Do not share passwords, recovery codes or verification codes. Check the Brand Account, permissions, account recovery and monetization. If anything differs, use the order issue button before confirming completion.
Initial Brand access deadline
Initial access within 24 hours after payment confirmation. One additional 12-hour extension requires your express agreement. If you decline or the agreed deadline is missed, a full refund applies. When primary ownership is included, the minimum seven-day period begins when you accept the Brand Account invitation, not when you pay.
Warranty during transfer
For Brand offers including primary ownership, the warranty covers access and the promised characteristics until primary ownership is transferred. During the 7-day waiting period after accepting the invitation, and until the primary ownership transfer is completed, do not make changes to the channel. If you modify the channel before the transfer, you lose Nobleva’s commercial warranty. Do not publish, delete or edit videos, or change the name, image, permissions, monetization or linked AdSense account. You may inspect the channel and report any discrepancy from your order. Future income is not guaranteed. This commercial warranty does not limit your mandatory rights.
